ARSN is developing a secure digital portal to allow users to submit authorisation applications, track their file and download official documents — without travelling.
ARSN's e-services portal will centralise all administrative procedures online, with a secure personal space for each user.
Submit your authorisation application entirely online: guided form completion, upload of supporting documents, real-time processing tracking.
Manage the renewal of your authorisations and declare your modifications directly from your personal space without travelling to ARSN.
Report a radiological incident at any time via the secure portal. The guided form ensures complete and compliant notification.
Check the progress of your file at any time: receipt, processing, request for additional documents, decision and notification.
Pay your regulatory fees directly online by bank transfer or mobile money, with automatic generation of the official receipt.
Access your authorisations, inspection reports, official correspondence and certificates at any time from your secure personal space.
The deployment of ARSN's digital portal will take place in 3 progressive phases to guarantee quality and security of the service.
While waiting for the online portal, ARSN provides downloadable forms and offers several contact channels to process your requests.
Submit your file directly at ARSN headquarters in Niamey. An acknowledgement of receipt is given to you immediately.
Send your completed form with attachments by email. ARSN acknowledges receipt within 48h.
Call the Radiation Protection Directorate for a pre-examination of your file or for any regulatory question.
Send your complete file by post. Prefer registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The future portal will be designed to the highest security standards to protect users' personal and professional data.
Login by username + strong password + SMS code (two-factor authentication).
All communications between the user and the portal are encrypted via the TLS/HTTPS protocol.
Personal data and files are stored on secure servers hosted on Nigerien territory.
Your file information is only accessible to authorised ARSN officers and yourself.
Each action on your file is recorded with date, time and actor identifier.
The portal will comply with Nigerien legislation on personal data protection.
Contact ARSN to be added to the notification list when the digital portal officially launches in 2026.
